This cartoon movie begins by showing the lives of the ice harvesters in the mountain and little Kristoff with deer friend, Sven. The harvester told that the ice had magic powers and said that we must be careful to those who take frozen.
Meanwhile, at the palace of the kingdom Arendelle, Princess Anna invites her sister Elsa small to play with snow. Elsa has a magical power producing ice and snow. When both daughter is making puppet snow and playing ice in the palace, accidentally Elsa hit Anna's head with her ice spray and it make her swoon and then Some Anna's hair graying.
Because of the incident, Elsa becomes closed to Anna. Anna is no longer able to meet with Elsa because Elsa is always closed the door and now Elsa always wear gloves so that such accidents do not happen again.
When they going adolescents, the King and Queen went sailing. But they died in the storm, leaving a deep sadness for Princess Anna and Princess Elsa.
one day when Princess Anna walks in the city, Anna met Prince Hans from South Islands. With intermittent Anna falls in love with Prince Hans. In the dance party, Anna asks Elsa to marry Hans. But, Elsa refused to give blessings to Hans and even ordered the palace guards to close the castle door again.
Anna and Elsa argue until Elsa accidentally put out her ice magic that makes people afraid. Anna finally figured out what makes Elsa always locked himself, but unfortunately Elsa escaped to North Mountain for fear of hurting people. Arendelle covered with eternal snow. Anna decides to search for her sister and fix the problems that occur in Arendelle.
